We start our tour in the new Timeless Sky SPA. From the new rooftop infinity pool, the unrestricted view of the Dolomites is simply fantastic. The new Mountain Fire Hot Sauna, a Finnish sauna with a view of the pastures of our valley and the Dolomites Bio Sauna meet the highest demands of sauna enthusiasts. In addition, there is the new infrared relaxation sauna, 80 new indoor and outdoor lounging areas with two Silence Rooms and the Cloud 7 Drinks & Smoothie Bar with lounge.

The pool in the Family SPA is heated to a warming 33°C and has massage loungers and a bubbling whirlpool. Through the sluice, we are taken to the outdoor panorama pool, where we gaze for a while at the Gsies mountain scenery before making our way to the sauna oasis in the Nature SPA. There we find cosy warmth in every corner – and luckily, we’re just in time for the themed infusion in the Infinity event sauna. After the infusion, it’s time to try out the snow sauna – unique in the Alps region – for a gentle cool down. The snow is made exclusively from water and air and it is therefore especially fluffy. In this way, even those who opt for a summer holiday at the Quelle can get a few winter vibes.

because now it’s high time to take a break. So we pause for a while in the tranquillity alp and watch the fish in the aquarium. After tanking up on our energy, we step next door into the Infinity outdoor sports pool and swim our laps undisturbed. We soak up the sun on the sky lodge until we are ready to go into the sauna alp chalet for our next sauna session. This time we use the ice-cold plunge pool for a moment of refreshment and then jump directly into the hot 36°C XXL relax whirlpool.

After a brief sojourn in the brine grotto, we reach the spacious wellness garden. We walk along the Kneipp path next to the rustling mountain stream and dip into the organic nature bathing pond. In the waterwheel sauna, we enjoy our final session for today, listening to the pattering of the water on the wheel. Now we relax briefly on one of the hanging loungers in the garden before we make our way to the Vital Lounge for the massage we booked in advance...
