Arrival and departure
The garage and your room would be ready at 15.00hrs. On your departure day, we ask for your understanding that you must leave the room no later than 11.00hrs. For late or early departure, the whole room price will be charged. Preferred date of arrival is Sunday and Thursday!

Booking of a special room number
We are happy to book special rooms for our guests but are not able to guarantee particular room numbers even when previously confirmed.
Dress Code in our restaurant
For dinner in our restaurant we ask you to choose appropriate clothing, which crown the cozy and elegant atmosphere. No shorts or sandals allowed. Thank you!
Single room supplement
A double room with single occupancy will incur an additional fee of between 50% to the room price including the ¾ gourmet board.
Family suite
Occupying the family suite of only 2 people, will incur an additional fee of € 25, - per person per day.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome. Cost is € 29,- per day. Final cleaning € 40,-.
Only on request, in the Bio Romantica, Bio Alpina and Suite Royal Dolomites, not allowed in the wellness area and restaurant.

Non smoking rooms
All room categories are no smoking.
Local tax
Prices listed do not include the mandatory local tax, which all accommodation facilities in South Tyrol are legally required to charge, of € 3,70 per person and per day. The tax does not apply to children and teenagers up to the age of 14.

Our prices are based on the categories of the rooms. With this flexible pricing system, prices can vary but also reward any early bookers and regular guests. Prices shown are valid for the low season and are based on a a minimum stay of 7 nights.
These prices could vary in case of exceptional intervention by tax, valutation, economic or social authorities.
This refers to prices and not availability. If you need a day or two to think about it, we can hold the rooms on option. Please let us know briefly if you would like to do this.
Travel cancellation protection
We advise you to consider the ‚Travel cancellation protection’! All needed information regarding the activation and cost are indicated in your personal booking confirmation. This Holiday Insurance can be taken out when you make your booking.
Cancellation
For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, no cancellation fee will be deducted. For cancellations from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival we charge 30% and from 14 to 3 days 70% of the booked arrangement.
From 2 days before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure will be charged 100%
Supplement New Year's Eve
For the dinner of the New Year's Eve we calcolate a supplement of € 85,00 per person (starting from 12 years).
Wellness appointments
Weekend breaks
We ask for your understanding that we can only offer weekend breaks from Thursday to Sundays in conjunction with the Beauty-Relax-Package, (limited room category). Stays from Friday to Sunday can only be confirmed at short notice.

Wellness appointments
- Our SPA team is very concerned about your wellbeing, so it is important for all that you arrive on time at the agreed dates, otherwise your treatment time must be reduced.
- The appointments can short-term (24 hours in advance) cannot be changed.
- Short-notice cancellations of appointments or changes need to be charged with 100% of the price. Thank you for your understanding!
- SPA Vouchers can be redeemed for treatments only in the period from 09.00 to 15.00 o’ clock. If the dates do not take place at this time, SPA vouchers cannot be asserted.
- SPA guides: We would be happy to show you our source-SPA with the unique treatment rooms. Please inquire but our staff, or participate in the SPA guides (see the source day courier).
