Akos (sommelier), Monika & Theresia (house-keeping) and Scholastika (kitchen) have been part of team for more than 17 years. 75% of our personnel come from the surrounding area, 90% are long-term workers and each year, we train 8 to 10 trainees and 6 apprentices.
